2020 had completely beat my family into the ground we were separated and hopeless. We lost our home so my wife and one year old son were living with family and I was living in a hotel, we lost one of our vehicles my wife lost her job due to covid-19 we were shattered. I work for a satellite company I won't name but I went on a random service call just like any other... but it wasn't. I met a saint of a man named Mark and I swear to you within 24 hours we had an apartment home a giant electric deposit paid and our family reunited in a beautiful place, and they our currently in the process of helping us secure another vehicle so my wife doesn't have to get up at 4:30 to get ready and get our son to daycare and make it to work on time. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting the other board members or Marks partner but these people are saints. It might sound a little dramatic but these wonderful people saved our lives literally. Our lives were completely hopeless until care for others came into our lives like a miracle. We'll never be able to thank them enough for saving our family but if your looking for a foundation to donate to this is the only one they do what they say without making you feel like your worthless. I cannot express enough how wonderful and selfless these people are. Thank you a million times over for saving us.

Care for others came to my rescue after my pumbing was on the brinks If it wasn't for them helping me out with water leaking: toilet not flushing and no sink in the bathroom I would still be carrying water to flush my toilet from my kitchen. Not having a bathroom sink I would have to catch water from my tub to brush my teeth and having back problems it was not the best thing, I appreciate the grant they paid for my repairs.

When we found out I had Necrotizing Faciitis, we didn't think I would be living today. During this difficult time, you took a huge burden off of us and we can't thank you enough. I have good days and bad days; but healing well. The doctors are confident my skin graph is adhering and I won't need anymore .

I just wanted to take a minute to say "thank you" all so very much for assisting me during this time of need. Until approximately one month ago when Cleveland Clinic called me with a wonderful job offer, I had been out of work for approximately 14 months. I had worked a couple of very short terms jobs and up until recently I had not qualified for unemployment. I was fortunate to have had a savings account at the time of my job loss which I have totally depleted and was really concerned about what I was going to do. I had even started to consider the real possibility of being homeless and that really scared me.
Finally about a month ago I received a call with a wonderful job opportunity with Cleveland Clinic. All of my interviewing and hard work had finally paid off. Because of your organizations generous "urgent needs grant" which I have recently been approved for I will be able to stay on track and not fall behind.

Thank you, thank you thank you so much Care of Others for assisting me and my family during this time of transition. I am very overwhelmed with the feelings of being blessed to know that such an organization exists for people who are in a "tough spot" for a temporary time and that we can be helped without feeling disregarded or lessened because of the need we have at the time.Your Bridge to Employment grant was a true blessing to me and assisting my household in which my two kids reside with me (ages 16 and 8) and not have to fear waking up in the morning and no having electricity or heat due to my inability to make payment at this time. I am so excited to be starting my new job at the end of this month.
Please give my regards to the committee who reviewed my case and let them all know that I am very thankful and grateful to them all. Again thank you. Your diligence and concern were heartfelt and appreciated throughout the process. Blessings to you all.

Hello Care For Others.
I'm just giving you an updated follow-up and big thank you to you and the board members at Care for Others. Once again thank you so much for your helping assistance during a true time of need. These times are so difficult for so many Americans that it's so hard to understand why so many hard working people are able to make it during these times. Here in Tucson, Pima County so many people are loosing there jobs, homes, vehicles, and all that goes along with these dire financial times. I am proof that a resident of my own town couldn't receive any assistance from any of the local programs here in town to assist me with my rent payment on a one time basis. I don't hesitate to tell those that I think might make a difference about the service that I got from you at Care for Others and how it seems so unfair to not be able to get any help right here where we live. I did send that letter to Congress woman Gabby Giffords about the my situation and the lack of assistance that exist.
Now things are still tight for my wife and myself, we can manage to get by. Our oldest daughter and her husband have moved in with us because she had lost her job but they are both working now which really helps us. Dear Care for Others,
My daughter and I both have had a long past year or more with our medical conditions. Will all the medical bills and prescriptions; I fell behind on many bills. Thanks to the Care for Other's program, I was able to get help with my electric bill and get it caught up. This was a tremendous help and relieved some stress for my current situation.
This is just another way God has kept his promise and I thank you for being a part of that.

cannot do it, so I ask that you call on me if or when you need physical
work done. I'm not much of a handyman, but can paint, cut grass, chop
wood, etc etc., if you or your clients should ever need those things

Hello, I would like to thank Care fro Others for their fast response with picking out the refrigerator needed for the space in my kitchen. Care For Others got all the information from me in a matter of 2 days and by the 4th day I knew that we were approved. It was unfortunate that my refrigerator caught on fire but it did and we did not have to go a week without a new one thanks to Care for Others. Since then I have helped a family in need that I have learned about who was in need of food. I went shopping for them and bought the items needed for them to have a Happy Thanksgiving just as I am able to have since the purchase of my new fridge. Again, my children and I thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts and I will continue to spread my blessings as I am able. The T. Family!

Dear Care For Others
Words cannot describe the deep feeling of gratitude I get when I think of you and your organization. Your organization, my friends and RAM construction brought hope into a hopeless situation.
When my daughter came home from college and told us that she was pregnant I felt as if my world was ripped out from under me. I have been a single mother for 10 years and have worked hard to provide for my family. She was the oldest of my 5 children and I was very excited for her because she received a full scholarship to go to college. She was starting a new and better life for herself. I was going to miss her immensely but I was so happy that she no longer had to live in our small, two bedroom home, that was very congested and, let’s say, well used. She was headed for a bright future, or so I thought.
Many discussion and tears resulted in her choosing to quit school and come home to have the baby. This was the only decision she felt that she could live with and so, as her mother, I supported her. In my head I was screaming, “what do you mean come home to have the baby, WHERE!” I have slept on the couch for the past 10 years so that my children could share the bedrooms. Where would we put a baby? There was NO room. I was distraught.
I shared these feeling with my friend. She kept saying to me, “Please call my husband, he can help.” So after much thought I called her husband and he came out to the house. This was the day life changed for my family. We have never known a man that could be so understanding and giving. I told him my limited budget and the need for adding on a room for the baby. I thought that we could transform the garage, but he had other ideas.
Thanks to the loving kindness of Care for Others, my friend and her husband, and RAM Construction my family has hope of a better life. We are now in the process of adding on 3 bedrooms and a bathroom to our house. This is a miracle and you are the miracle workers. I could never have dreamed this would happen to me, but it is and I feel like the luckiest woman in the world. My children are sooo excited to have friends come and sleep over for the first time in their lives. I can’t thank you enough for transforming my house into a home.
I am humbled at the generosity and compassion of Care for Others, our friends and all of the wonderful workers from RAM construction. You are my faith brought to life. I cannot thank you enough for what you have done for my family. My promise is to pass on this spirit of generosity to others wherever I can. Not only have you changed my living environment, but also because of your immense kindness and caring, you have changed who I am as a person. I know that it is not enough, but thank you, thank you, and thank you.

electric bill. I fell into some hard times and running across there
website was a God send. It has been such a blessing this month to
finally not worry about how the electric bill was going to get paid. I

I would like to express my appreciation for your assistance and
that of Care For Others in helping me find suitable housing. I would
have tried to do this on my own, if it was during warmer weather, since I
was without heat and electricity. The reasons for being without heat
and electricity are complicated due to dependence on state monies for
training, which was halted during my schooling. It has been difficult to
recover from such a financial loss. I am making positive progress but
it is slow. As warmer weather approaches I believe that things will get
